Beyond what the eyes see.

We look at how vision works.

At KK Neuro Vision Therapy Institute, vision is not only about reading a letter chart. We go deeper to understand how your eyes, brain and body work together — so you can see clearly, think better, learn better and live better.

Every child deserves the chance to reach their potential. Every adult deserves to live without visual limitations.

We are here to help.

But the eye test was normal...

  • Reading is hard or avoided
  • Loses place while reading
  • Clumsy or poor coordination
  • Easily distracted or overwhelmed
  • Diagnosed with autism, ADHD, dyslexia or other challenges
  • Vision feels tiring or uncomfortable after screens or all day
  • After concussion, things just don’t feel the same

But is vision functioning well?

Clear eyesight tells us what you can see. Functional vision helps us understand how you use what you see.

Girl wearing glasses during an amblyopia assessment

I was told it's too late for my lazy eye.

We believe the conversation shouldn’t end there. We assess children and adults with amblyopia to understand their current visual and binocular status before discussing what options may be appropriate.

The eyes may see. The brain may experience vision differently.

For a child with CVI, visual acuity alone may not tell us how they use vision in everyday life. We look at how the child responds to, interprets and uses visual information and adapts the environment to their needs.

Vision after concussion or brain injury.

Headache, dizziness, light sensitivity, poor concentration or balance issues may have a visual connection. We assess and rehabilitate visual functions affected by injury.

My journey began with a personal experience of right-left confusion that improved through vision therapy. That experience sparked a lifelong curiosity about how vision connects with the brain and body. Today, my mission is to help children and adults discover their visual potential and improve their quality of life.
